Exorde Labs Release a Blockchain Tool to Tackle Fake News

[PRESS RELEASE – Please Read Disclaimer]

By this point in time, the power of social media to inform us about local and global events is undeniable. However, the free flow of information has also made it easier for misinformation to spread like wildfire, causing real harm in its wake. Tech giants such as Facebook and Twitter have tried to tackle this problem, but that’s not easy when you have literally billions of users. Moreover, misinformation is not confined to a single source but comes from the shadiest reaches of the internet.

Fortunately, Exorde has an answer to this ever-growing problem. Built on the Ethereum Layer 2 SKALE network, Exorde is a decentralized information management system designed to combat misinformation. Utilizing IPFS and Filecoin for storage and artificial intelligence, Exorde collects and analyzes publicly available data from social networks and news websites. This results in a trustful, relevant, and unbiased worldwide data service.

Exorde is maintained by a decentralized global community of contributors numbering over 70,000 who are actively gathering information in every language. The collected data is then processed by Natural Language Processing AI, which can determine people’s reactions to a given event or topic through sentiment analysis. This way, Exorde is able to eliminate bias across all topics and ensure reliably objective data insights. All of this activity is driven by the ecosystem token.

The EXD token is the native ERC-20 crypto of the ecosystem. Users earn EXD by completing tasks and gaining reputation points in exchange for their valuable contributions to the network. The EXD token has various use cases, such as protocol fees, bounties, participant rewards, and last but not least – staking.

With the public sale currently underway, Exorde has raised $2.5 million and launched its testnet. The EXD public token sale is split into three tiers, with the first tier selling at $0.33/EXD for the first 500,000 EXD tokens sold. The public sale began back in mid-February and will end quite soon – on March 10. Luckily, if you’re reading this on time you can still become an early contributor. The Exorde main net is scheduled to launch in the second quarter of 2023 on both decentralized and centralized exchanges.

Indeed, it looks like Exorde’s innovative approach to combating misinformation through AI-powered blockchain technology actually has the potential to revolutionize the way we access and analyze information. If your interest is piqued, check out the project’s in-depth whitepaper.
